Can't you just put sealant on it?
Sealant over a rusted or cracked spot buys time, then fails in the sun. We use it only as part of a proper repair.
Do I need a whole new roof?
Often not. If the frame and most sheets are sound, we fix the problem spots. If the roof is past saving, we show you why with photos.
Can you come while it's raining?
We can check inside straight away. Going up on a wet roof isn't safe, so the roof check happens once it's dry.
