One team, every trade

Finding someone you can trust is the hard part

You ask a neighbour for a name. You let someone you've never met into your house, and you hope. Then you do it all again for the plumber, the painter and the electrician.

Home Call puts every trade under one name: one number to call, one set of written rules, and one team that answers for the work.

  • One callRoof, windows, ceiling, paint or pipes. You message one number.
  • Experienced handsTradespeople with years of experience in their own trade, checked by us before they work on your house.
  • One name responsibleIf something goes wrong, you don't chase five people. You call us.

We read the horror stories

Why homeowners are scared to hire anyone to fix their house, and our rule for each one

We went through hundreds of posts from Filipino homeowners about contractors. The price wasn't what scared them. Being cheated was. So every fear below has a rule we put in writing.

The leak that moves
"Instead na mapawala ang leak, nalilipat lang."
Instead of disappearing, the leak just moves.
RULE 1

We find the cause before we quote

We go up, trace where the water actually gets in, and show you photos. Then we fix that. If it leaks again, we come back and fix it free.

The crew that never came back
"For more than a year na ito na hindi binalikan ng gumawa."
For more than a year, the builder never came back.
RULE 2

We come back

Back jobs are free under a written warranty. You get the lead installer's name and number. It's in our name for a reason.

Bale, morning and afternoon
"Gagawin umaga pa lang, babale na… Pagdating ng hapon, babale daw ulet."
Before work even starts they ask for an advance. Then again in the afternoon.
RULE 3

No bale. Ever.

Our crew is paid by us, not by you. If anyone asks you for a cash advance, tell us.

The price that keeps climbing
"Kung ano ung napagkasunduang price… di na aangat."
Whatever price was agreed shouldn't go up.
RULE 4

The quote is the price

One fixed price for materials and labour. If we find something hidden, like rotten purlins, we send photos and a price first. Nothing is added without your yes.

Watching the crew all day
"Todo bantay na lang para sigurado… Exhausting lang."
We had to watch them constantly to be sure. Exhausting.
RULE 5

You don't have to watch us

A lead installer is on site the whole job. You get a photo report on Messenger every afternoon. You'll know who is coming before they arrive.

Excuses
"Puro palusot."
All excuses.
RULE 6

Dates in writing

You get a start date and a finish date before we begin. If rain holds us up, you hear it from us first, with the new date.

Quotes are real posts by Filipino homeowners on public forums, translated. They are not our customers.

Built for Isabela wind

A typhoon-ready roof is in the small details

Most roofs don't fail in a typhoon because of the sheets. They fail at the screws, the edges and the frame underneath. That's where we spend our time.

Track the next storm on PAGASA's official forecasts.

  • FasteningRoofing screws with rubber washers at the right spacing, never nails.
  • FrameEvery purlin and rafter checked. Rusted or rotten ones shown to you before we price them.
  • EdgesRidge, eaves and gable edges sealed and capped, where wind gets under first.
  • SheetsThickness written on your quote, so you know what you're paying for.
  • WaterFlashing and gutters checked so water goes where it should.

Don't trust a photo of a house

Proof you can check

"Pwedeng turo turo lang na 'eto gawa namin.'"They can just point at any house and say "we built that."

We agree. So every Home Call job gets a dated photo report from start to finish. Ask us for one from a past job, and the owner's number if they've said yes.

Who does the work

A new name with experienced hands

Our lead installer has years of hands-on experience in roofing, windows and roll-up doors in Santiago and nearby towns.

For the other trades, we use tradespeople we've checked ourselves. They work under the same written rules, and Home Call stays responsible for the job.

Questions

What people ask before booking

How does the site visit work?

We come to your house, take photos, and give you a written quote. There's no obligation to book.

Is labour included in the price?

Yes. The quote is one fixed price for materials and labour. If you already have materials, we can quote labour only.

Do you ask for a big downpayment?

No. You pay in stages as you see the work done. Our crew never asks you for cash advances.

Isn't it cheaper to hire arawan workers myself?

Sometimes, on paper. Then you buy the materials, watch the crew every day, and pay again if it leaks. We give you one fixed price, a daily photo report, and free back jobs.

What if something goes wrong after you leave?

Call us and we come back to fix it free, under your written warranty. For roofs, that includes leaks.

Do you only do roofs?

No. We also do windows, roll-up doors, ceilings and PVC panels, painting, cabinets, electrical and plumbing. Same written quote, same photo reports, same promise to come back.

Which areas do you cover?
